Coronavirus Update
Following the Government’s decision to move to the ‘delay phase’ in relation to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Our thoughts at this difficult time are with those who have been affected by the pandemic.
There has been considerable disruption to our order bank because a lot of our programmed work has been postponed for the foreseeable future. This has inevitably led to us not working at full capacity. Furthermore, a fall in new enquiries and the low prospect of work in the pipeline will have an unprecedented impact on our future work schedule too. We are prepared to keep employees on full pay and would like to fully utilise their time; therefore, those who are elderly, infirm or have underlying health issues will receive our full support, this is a sincere offer to only be enjoyed by those who truly need it.
We have contingency plans in place for every eventuality and are well prepared to continue providing our service to our clients during these challenging times. However, we appreciate trees are not on people’s list of priorities so we will refocus a lot of our efforts to supporting those in our community; who we value the most.
As the situation regarding COVID-19 develops we want to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers and employees to help prevent the spread of the virus. We take our role in the community very seriously and are following the guidance issued by the Government and health authorities and adjusting our policies and procedures in line with this on a daily basis.
We are diligently following guidance and best practices.
We will pull through this together if we remain positive and strong.
Once over, we will all reflect and perhaps even re-evaluate our role within the community.
